TREC Compliance Information
Online help for NANET Agents to be TREC Compliant.
The three areas we will cover on this page are, Information About Brokerage Services (IABS), the Consumer Protection Notice (CPN), and finally adding Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) and Your Broker Information.
This page will cover how to add the above information to your email, website, and advertisements (website/business cards/ads/social network adds, etc…) Click the links on the right to be taken directly to the section your interested in.

If you do not already have a copy of these (IABS or CPN), please click the buttons below or to the side.
(1) Download both of IABS or CPN
(2) Completely fill out the IABS,
(3) Send both the IABS and CPN to help@texasdiscountrealty.com. we will upload it to our servers and send you back a link/URL for you to use. For instruction on how to link and use this forms please continue reading.
* IABS = Information About Brokerage Services
* CPN = Commission Consumer Protection Notice
EMAIL COMPLIANCE:
In your email, TREC is requiring the link to IABS and CPN to be above your signature, here are a few examples
Keep in mind, According to TREC ” The TREC IABS form must also be provided to consumers at the time of your first substantive communication by personal delivery,mail or email”. What this means is if make substantive communications with a client you are required to send them a copy of the IABS & CPN. (link to TREC statement)
The following are example of using the TREC requirements for IABS and CPN.

In the examples below I have underlined the parts that you will need to link to your IABS and CPN forms directly. If you do not have your forms please refer to the “Please Read” section above.
